B for sure. Probably F so I can finally have the pinball arcade Iāve wanted since I was 12.
D and E I guess. I already have a lot of bookshelves and a big TV, though, so I kind of already have that. Just not as single-purpose rooms.

Can we get more of a breakdown on how many sq ft each option adds?
E and F although I do have too many books but they can fill the walls of the game room. A would make me an alcoholic, I try to drink only when out of the house. Do not need a full gym, most of my exercise is walking and swimming. Never liked Jacuzzi much and would prefer it outdoor anyway.

I see itās not a popular choice here, but I really donāt at all get the point of the bar. So you can simulate drinking alone at an actual bar while at home? Is there ever a situation where youāll have people over to consume alcohol and sitting at your bar is preferable to the living room?

Totally agree. Unless that meme is somehow banning alcohol from the premises unless you select the bar, Iāll pass on the bar and just have a few drinks while watching a movie, playing pool, etc.

If youāre throwing parties having a real bar is awesome. You can hire a bartender to man it. This assumes thereās an actual system for draft beer from kegs which is a way better way to drink beer. Then again Iām already a borderline alcoholic and was also thinking about who are the relative costs of these things and gym and library are probably the lowest with bar being one of the highest.
Indoor jacuzzi is probably the worst, no way thatās better for getting laid than the bar or the movie theater. Outdoor jacuzzi is better and cheaper
What if you could have an indoor endless lap pool instead of a jacuzzi?
