I imagine Pence’s support will look a lot like Mike Huckabee’s. He’ll win the evangelicals in the primary but no one else and that’s not enough to win the party. I think eReps know that running candidates like Pence and nominating a few crazy judges is enough to keep the evangelicals in line and willing to vote for whatever turd they put out there, so they’re actively encouraging Pence to make his run.
The Fetterman thing is funny. I have never looked at him and thought he looks like a man that is in any way physically attractive, but I’ve been wrong about what women like before, and he is really tall which tends to count a lot.
