Nothing cheap near me in Northern Delaware county. I’d agree with West Chester as a place to look.
Southern Delaware county is pretty damn close to the stereotype from the Kate Winslet show. Highly insular, not sure id want to be a transplant there.
Collegeville and Phoenixville are nice enough areas but uncertain how costs are. A bit further out.

Dropped off my mail-in ballot today and there were three people watching. One I think worked there, I hope so because she had a key to the ballot box. The other two were in plains clothes sitting on folding chairs like 10 feet away. Not sure if they worked there or if they’re conservative drop box watchers, but none of them said anything to me other than the woman who (hopefully) worked there.
As soon as I left she opened the box up with the key and poked around, which felt super sketchy, so I’m going to make sure to watch my ballot status and make sure it gets counted.
