Ask the 3 or 4 people that voted no.
I would, but someone didnât make the poll public.
Obviously I know who one of the no voters is.
TIL: The word iron has no rhyme in General American. Interesting.
Iâm not one of the no voters ,if thatâs what youâre implying.
I tired to make it public but the poll is too old to do it now.
I think if California tried to secede, theyâd say good riddance and laugh and fail to understand the magnitude of what was happening.
Yeah some may recall me suggesting that Dems become the party of state rights in like 2017-18, while agreeing to a balanced budget amendment in exchange for the Constitutional right to form intrastate pools of liquidity for various social programs, back when the GOP wouldnât have seen it coming and might have thought they were snap-calling a win. Dems could then have proposed a massive tax cut, basically turning the federal government into military and regulation with no ability to borrow to fund either.
Theyâll sunset those so that theyâre still there for Boomers and somewhat there for Gen X. Theyâll only nuke them for Millennials and younger.
I voted no.
Tilted gets it:
Well, youâre The Devil, soâŚ
I just voted no. More for my short term sanity than anything else. Câmon suburban Mom

Oh right. Thanks for robbing me of all joy.
This timeline sucks.
We talking about this yet?
Weâre a few minutes away from a press conference where attorney Gloria Allred says she will introduce a woman whom Georgiaâs Republican senate candidate Herschel Walker paid to have an abortion.
The woman would be the second to come forward and say that Walker, who supports a national ban on abortion without exceptions, helped her afford the procedure. The womanâs identity and face wonât be revealed publicly, Allred said.
so how did fetterman do in the debate I should look it up
oh he got destroyed, not great
good thing that doesnât matter much anymore
Realistic best case: theyâd have enough of a credible threat to roll back the filibuster to push the ball forward on some key issues.
What would actually happen: two years of telling us how much good they could do if we just voted harder to get to 55 Senators in 2024.
Yeah, even the media will tell everyone that that wonât work.
We have a much better shot to get to 55 senators in 2022 than 2024, even if the chance of 55 this cycle is 1 in 10,000.
The thing to know about Hell is, it can always get worse.
on pace to be out of money before most of gen X gets there, even moreso they keep trying to keep pace with inflation
