If the top 25 billionaires were ground up, fed to pigs, and their wealth redistributed, we’d all get checks for ~$6000. There’s another 150 or so with a net worth between $4B and $40B. Add them in and we’re pushing $15,000 a check.
when I bought one last time the clerk said Hey brother if you win then buy me a car and if I win then I’ll do the same for you, and I was kind of like uhhhhhhhh—so I didn’t engage to the point where I wouldve had to give him a car, but I did engage to the point where if I won then I would have absolutely never gone back to that store. But since then I’ve wondered, so ok, if he had won would he have really made good on the eighty or ninety other free cars he’d promised that day to customers? I’m guessing hell no, but if I buy a ticket tonight I’ll push him for clarity

This made me go down the double slit rabbit hole again, watched a bunch of videos to get my head around it… again, same as every time I think about it. Screws me up every time. I’d be much happier if I’d never heard of it.
