When the person evaluating the value of the property sees that it is occupied by black people, they logically conclude that the house is located in a Crime Infested Democrat Run Hellhole, and that therefore the assessed value should be lower because no one wants to live in those places obviously. This is an example of free market efficiency.
this isn’t directed at anyone here but kind of loling at society’s reaction to this,
like black people havent been telling all of you it’s like this for over a century only to be told they’re entitled or lazy or whatever. it’s like this in every part of the system and getting worse
even funnier, here and there i can just tell part of the reaction to this stuff isn’t so much “my god, how could they appraise black homeowners differently?” as much as “jeez guys, that’s almost 50%, why were you so obvious about it?
