And apparently covering everyone. Mahomes had all day plenty of times, or a lane to move around, which he usually does great with. But it seemed like no one was ever open.
Chiefs will be fine, they played a tough schedule and had bad turnover luck (versus the great turnover luck Mahomes had the last few years).
Only one completion over 15 yards is rough though. I think he’s only had 9 completions 15 yards past the LoS in the 5 games this year. To put that in perspective, the much maligned on Twitter Mac Jones has 10 (in roughly equal number of drop backs).
Further perspective: Brady hasn’t had a game this year with fewer than 4 completions 15+ yds from the LoS. Got him for 24 on the year.
Anyway - Mahomes won’t stay that low. They’ll figure it out.
