If refs get together and decide that he definitely wasnât OOB and it was a TD but they arenât sure if the whistle happened before the catch, is that reviewable?
I think the former ref person they have on said explicitly that they canât review that
Yeah I wasnât clear about if he meant it was ruled dead on field if that wasnât reviewable or if all whistle shenanigans are unreviewable.

Those stupid # of men on the line of scrimmage, this guy was covering that guy, then he was uncovered, are useless. Who gives a shit if a guy is on the line or one step back? Did it give the team an advantage? I doubt it.
