Reflecting on Baker, I suppose there is a chance he’s just injured. So by all means give him one more year. But he’s the only QB I can remember rooting for who terrifies me even when he isn’t under pressure.

The rule used to be that the goal line “went around the world” or some stupid saying like that. Which meant even if the ball crossed the goal line like a yard out of bounds, as long as no part of the player touched out of bounds first, it was a TD. They changed that sometime in the last 10 years I think.

Colt McCoy is the new holder for them this week, now it’s making more sense why they went for it on fourth and 6 instead of kicking and why they are having issues on that unit in the game

serious question in regards to officiating - is it better in some other league? NCAA? CFL?

The games would be far better officiated via video. I have to assume the speed on the ground makes it way harder because they are just mashing buttons out there.
That last DPI just atrocious, compare that to the game ending Browns no call.
And how bad is the Cardinals defensive line? They can’t get a pass rush against a bunch of former cell phone salesmen
