That holding penalty was like the super ticky tack penalties the refs were calling in last year’s SB like crazy. Not that the Chiefs had a chance to win either way. But the refs sure know when they want to pull those out.

I think dead ball foul just means they would have assessed it after the TD. Same as if a player taunts on the way into the end zone.
