The New Hampshire primary is a semi-closed primary.

Imagine thinking the Iowa caucus was too confusing for your campaign to figure out but still thinking you’re qualified to be President.

I really want to believe Biden called someone that and I know it sounds like he did but I think he was trying to refer to caucuses as a dog and pony show and just Bidened it up.

No, New Hampshire just has a regular election where you vote for who you want and they count it all up.
