2020 Election Thread 2: 41 DAYS OF TREASON

They don’t even have any lawsuits in WI right now, and they haven’t put up the money for the recount.

I think their only realistic chance in PA was if those late-arriving mail votes were the difference. That would have been peak 2020. The writers gave us a break.

Flipping GA is really going to mess with the R party. I’m pretty sure they’re just going to ban mail in voting and double down on closing precincts, outright cheating, and other voter suppression methods. It might work too.

Yeah, but I think that’s at least partly because GA and AZ look to be blue.

Ralston still undefeated

Thanks, just got it.

The 60 Minutes piece tonight on vote counting was pretty good. Its just such a huge reach for Republicans to claim widespread voter fraud, while at the same time offering very little about how its done. If it were easy, they would be doing it themselves.

Did they by any chance talk about how electronic tally machines are verified against trojan horses and such?

He called Biden +4 before the election based on registration breakdown of ballots returned and county level analysis. Looking like it’ll end up Biden +3 when all is said and done. That’s pretty close, and it’s a strong move to throw out an exact number like that. Dude is awesome.

oh, I suspect we are

Perhaps the Scotch purists will have less issue with tonight’s celebration.

Glenlivet 12

This after we had Philly cheese steaks, cheese curds (WI), and beers from PA, MI and (almost) NV. Couldn’t find anything brewed in NV available here so we cheated.

Followed it up with some grilled Georgia peaches and bourbon vanilla ice cream.

And my friend is in Tucson and sending me videos of people celebrating in the street and driving by with signs honking their horns. The party continues!

I find Glenlivet 12 to be the most boring single malt that I’ve had. It’s an accessible dram that is easy to drink. That doesn’t mean it’s bad, but it’s kind of like having a celebratory steak that involves grilling up a filet mignon.

Totally OK, if you don’t know much about Scotch.

Seems the Alaska guy has to get about 3/4 of the absentee/early in person votes to win. Unlikely, but not impossible. About 120k votes left with 55k deficit. Alaska senator reportedly told everyone to vote by mail for covid purposes

glenlivet and glenfiddich are both fairly boring to me tok

you answered your own question to some degree. Republicans don’t care what the media says about them so it doesn’t work in the same way it does for us.

They are attempting to kickstart our own century’s dark ages. Anti-intelectualism is a fucking disease

Did they, though?
