I think the Texas border thing is probably real. Some of those counties have 20k people or something. There would be no incentive to rig that in a state the size of Texas.

Iām saying to delay the mail ballots long enough that anyone with access to flip tallies on electronic voting machines wouldnāt know how many to flip.

But the tally machines canāt create votes out of thin air. They just flip a few. Some of those Rio Grande counties in TX are small enough you could literally interview everyone who voted to double-check the tally.
