Grunching: PA SOS did a press conference. The numbers on her website for whatâs outstanding are accurate. The number of provisionals sounds very small and likely only low 5 figures. The number of ballots they expect to have recieved from 3/4 - 3/6 likewise very small. We are winning or losing this on whatâs remaining, and this is going to be a sweat. I still think weâre favored though.

Yes, as I was typing 30k more votes came in and Biden won them 70/30 lowering the deficit to 78k. No idea where those are from but if Philly, not good.
Edit: Thank god, not philly. Ok back to being optimistic.

I hope itâs not Philly. The 37K votes since an hour ago are only 65% Biden. I wonder if they held off in a number of counties and then dumped a bunch at once? I have no idea.
