90% just earlier I assumed was Philly, it was, and I went to check. NYT said the other big drop was Erie, so I checked that one too.

You can sometimes manually figure out where it is coming from if you remember what county was at what previously. It’s notable when it’s like philly or something.

I’ve shown it multiple times as the drop has come in. He’s been 93% in Philly, last Philly drop he was 90%. He’s been 82% in Erie, last Erie drop was 73%. Many more examples of this. Nearly every time someone identifies the county, I check the overall mail-in for that county, and he’s run below that today. Someone mentioned Greene before, where Trump won the last drop. Biden is winning mail-in overall there.

Cool but now compare them to what I was projecting in those areas. We don’t need 93% in Philly, we don’t need 82% in Erie. He’s run ahead through the sample, now he’s running about on the margins he needs, at the end he might run slightly behind but it’ll offset by running ahead early.

Another big drop. 9500. 75% Biden. Again, don’t know where, but when I looked at the counties that had this many left, he was 75%+ in nearly all of them. A lot 80%+. Hopefully this was one where he was 72% or 75%.
