Rashford has been bad for like 3 years.
Saka haa been the best PL RW this year (maybe almiron). They’re also quite different in styles.
Saka offers elite ball progression and is sound defensively. Elite passing. Rashford is a centre forward who can play on the wing, but won’t do much outside of getting on the end of chances.
Rashford is the better finisher.
What’s the USA - Iran line? My book doesn’t have it yet.
Also, Berhalter has barely even rotated the squad, so this main lineup is gonna be pretty gassed for the Iran match. If you were not even gonna go for the win, then fuckin rest them! It’s like a triple whammy of idiocy.

Lol, imagine being the UK, where soccer is the most important national sport, and being unable to beat the U.S., where soccer is such a joke that 95 percent of Americans probably don’t even know the World Cup is going on right now, and couldn’t name a single player. I think I read USA like +105 to win. So we’re looking at a 50% chance to advance. Berhalter wasn’t interested in bumping that up to 80% on the off chance that we might lose and drop to a 48% chance.

Yeah it’s been pretty disappointing on multiple levels, and I’d like to see him either start or come on really early against Iran.
Admittedly, I’ve barely seen Reyna play, but everyone is making it sound like we’re keeping the second coming of Messi nailed to the bench.
