I realized today how fantastic Iron Maiden is… I don’t really listen to metal or whatever you want to call it, but that shit is elite.
The covers on the Albums deserve more attention too may I add, there superb.

Does anyone else really enjoy just sitting alone at a brewery, bar, restaurant ect…? I love my wife and friends more than anything, but sitting alone at a brewery is incredibly satisfying for some reason. Pre-pandemic I would travel occasionally for work and I loved wandering around random cities alone, just figuring out where good shit was.

Yup, love this shit, because of my job I find it easy to do and rather relaxing and I’m a slow eater & enjoy going alone more as people rush there food man 
Our local Casino is great for this as you can sit upstairs and look over the gaming floor, while the other side is the water front where we pop out for a wee smoke and ending up melted into the couch beside the bar at the restaurant watching the world go by.
My go to Chinese restaurant in town is now closed, so looking for a new spot atm.

Yeah, something I’ve been missing a lot during the pandemic is going to a local taproom or beer bar to chill out with a few rounds. I’ll usually have a Kindle book on my phone so I can read if I feel like it, or look at sports on the TV, and/or chat with the bartender(s) when they’re free or whatever.

Before we had our own my wife would instruct dance at a kids’ dance studio almost every Saturday afternoon from 2pm-6pm, Labor Day weekend to super bowl weekend. I have gone on countless solo adventures like that.
When I tell some people that I’d go to the movies by myself I’d usually get sideways glances like them thinking “okay loser” but going to see a solo Saturday afternoon movie is glorious. Especially if it’s a movie I knew she’d hate to see.
