The real kicker is that we know about the request because the email was on the infamous Hunter laptop.
And when asked about it, Tucker said he wouldn’t comment because, “I can’t confirm these emails. The emails that you’re referring to were described by our intel community as Russian disinformation,” he said. He added that he could not verify the emails as he did not have access to the account.
