Good evening.
The year is 2035. 20 years ago, earth was invaded by an alien force with one mission: Overthrow the world government and take complete control. Working in secret, a highly trained group of soldiers from countries all around the world formed to stop the alien menace and drive them back to where they came from, once and for all.
They lost.
In the process they captured The Commander, the most highly trained alien fighter earth has ever seen. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Now 20 years later, what remains of the ragtag group, The Xcom project, have been able to hide in the shadows and stay underground, rebuilding as many forces as they can through resistance units, capture an alien ship known as an avenger (which will serve as their mobile base), and they have managed to locate The Commander.
Unstuck is one of those resistance units. Its our job to band together, recover The Commander, and have him lead us into taking back the world that was once ours. The call goes out to all those who wish to join. Provide me your specs here. Height and weight don’t matter. I need your nationality, attitude type (By the book, Laid Back, Normal, Twitchy, Happy-Go-Lucky, Hard Luck, or Intense) and a brief physical description of your head features (hair type and color, eye color, scars, and accesories [Hats, glasses, etc])
Right now, this is a total sausage fest with Skydiver being our lone female soldier. Females are highly encouraged to apply.
Warning: I will be playing on the highest difficulty level and not save spamming… you will die if you join. But you will be giving your life for a noble cause.
The Battle for Earth commences this weekend, and I will be posting screenshots and updates on each mission as I go along. I may be streaming this as well, and if so, I will throw a twitch link up once I have it running.
