It’s not knock-out so you’ll be playing a few games. 
I’m down to give some people free wins. I’m like 1200 at best when practiced, likely 700-800 right now.

OK so proposed rules:
OFFICIAL RULES
Any time control you like if there's agreement, otherwise 5+3.
Play rated or unrated. Rand Black/White
One minute added time difference per 100 point rating difference to a
maximum of three minutes. Higher-rated player may choose whether
to add time to opponent or subtract time from themselves.
Calling knights "horsies" is permitted.
Google Sheet is here. Please go add your Lichess username and rating. It occurs to me btw that people can play on chess.com if they want to, but again Lichess default if there’s disagreement.

Oh and if you don’t have a meaningful lichess rating I think adding like 200 to chess.com is about right. I’m around 1900 at lichess and 1700 at chess.com anyway.
Or do what I’m doing atm, get a meaningful rating by playing games until your eyes bleed
