a few weeks ago the russia military was so feared nations joined nato but in reality they were so incompetent and corrupt now those of us not in ukraine are just down to fearing they have a ton of nukes

I am not sure what you mean exactly. There is the flag of the right-wing Azov Battalion all over you picture. This is what it looks like:

The “flag of Azov” looks differently, as it is a town in Russia, on the eastern edge of the sea of Azov. You can see its coat of arms here:

Yep - like I said earlier. These guys know each other very well. They could be 5th and 6th leveling each other beyond anything we can understand, because we know nothing remotely like the level of history they have with each other.
