i found churchil on the interents, guys
my partner has been asking “where the fuck are the illuminati, when you need them to assasinate these assholes?” for weeks.
Kiev going to be surrounded tonight.
Siege of Kiev begins.
HOLD
Mostly because you are uneducated as to what cyber attacks can possibly accomplish.
Bunch of guilianis need to put more respect on cyber warfare’s name, seriously.
If you can’t understand how cyber warfare can be viewed as a declaration of war, you probably need some more understanding.
Russia has crazy capabilities in Ukraine and has demonstrated them for years, likely preparing for this. So far they seem to have really limited their cyber attacks, and that is most likely because they worry about it getting out of containment.
In times of peace these attacks are pretty well hidden or the evidence isn’t strong enough or investigated enough.
If people don’t think a much infrastructure crash due to a cyber attack wouldn’t trigger Poland in to potential feeling declared upon, again I don’t know what to say.
The bottom line is this is one way that could really make everything go sideways.
Tristan de Cunha imo.
It’s either test his redlines or go for total appeasement and ask him for all the territories he desires and then hooking him up. (If your goal is no wwwiii).
My concern is Putin isn’t bluffing on some of these red lines, and nobody knows which are which.
This whole thing sucks.
Poland is already explicitly crossing the red lines of armament supply right? Swift is supposedly one too.
Although, what’s that based on? Is there some source of these red lines? Or is Russia just squealing that everything is a red line.
This is probably true in the short term, but a lot of those places are probably seeing a massive famine when boats stop showing up.
Sorry all calming down I know I am behind the thread and getting a little too animated,
Hard to see all actors showing enough restraint not to use small nukes if they’re already using huge amounts of conventional weapons.
If some Twitter posts are to be believed Russia has committed less than half, maybe only one third of its invasion force. If that is true I don’t see how this can end well. I am not getting my hopes up.
It is possible that a cyber attack could trigger Article 5. It is not possible that a random attack on British Airways - and I’m just talking system disruption here, not planes falling out of the sky - would lead to Article 5 being triggered. Conflation of a reasonable general scenario with a wildly implausible specific scenario is unhelpful to discussion.
Not all cyber attacks are equal.
Mad to talk about bringing down a private airline’s systems as being worthy of triggering A5.
The bigger worry is that the more talk of this becomes the norm the more it becomes an acceptable outcome.
People in general seem much more willing to risk death than I am.
Kiev will fall within days, but it will be very bloody for Russian troops. Holding the cities is where America #1 started getting bogged down in the middle east.
As I furiously study Ukrainian Geography, taking Lviv will be much harder.
Seems like when you’re in it, you feel a real duty for it, and care for the people around you it hits different.
