What do you think my point was?
I’ll recap for anyone that didn’t read:
- VFS admitted he was wrong yesterday
- I responded to him noting that his Twitter follows might have biases that get absorbed into his thought process
- He asks for accounts that are neither pro-UA or pro-RU
- I respond that it’s tough because people tend to criticize anything that isn’t pro-UA as being pro-RU
- I then give keed as an example of someone who is criticized as being pro-RU and pose a hypothetical, what if keed had speculated that it was a Ukrainian defense missile?
The response you all have given to that hypothetical is actually what is proving one of my points.

are you taking my using the word “troll” personally? like it’s fine, we do troll keed in this thread. i troll him too because i’m not sure if he would rather prefer an off-ramp for measheimer or an independent ukraine. but that’s taking away the focus from ukraine’s s300 last night which was trying to intercept one of 85 cruise missiles and mopeds launched by russia, basically mere kilometers from polish border.

That’s not really what I think or thought though. I think that Russia wanted to control significant parts of Ukraine, either directly or through Russian-aligned Ukrainian governments. The closer Ukraine got to the West the more difficult/impossible that would become.
