Pretty much indefinitely. Once you start getting billions of years into the future, you have to take other things into account like the sun expanding.

Not so! The solar system is actually chaotic (n-body problem), so arbitrarily small measurement errors will eventually have huge impacts on the actual position of the planets. According to the below, predictions are only good for about 1000 years:
