Whatās causing the tweets to be cut off?
Iām not sure if itās a twitter thing or a discourse thing. It might be because itās a retweet. My program just posts a link to any new tweets from Rupar and doesnāt distinguish between tweets and retweets I guess.

You can always click the link to his name in the embedded tweet to go to the tweet itself and see more context. Like sometimes heās replying to somebody and it doesnāt make sense until you see what heās replying to.
Manchin isnāt sweating a primary, I would guess running as an independent might increase his chances of re-election assuming there isnāt a significant D in the race.
