So the best bet is that the pill case gets kicked out because of standing, but then the anti abortion groups bring another case with a plaintiff that says his wife took a mailed in abortion pill and the justices bring back the Comstock Law?

In a scenario where weâve got both houses and Joe in the white house, can they just repeal Comstock with normal law making procedures? I guess that will fail with senate filibustering it, but they could at least attempt it, right?
Yea. Itâs just a law, not a constitutional amendment. The problem is no Republican will ever go for it so Democrats will need 60 in the Senate to repeal it which isnât going to happen for a while. If they resurrect it, then theyâd be looking at least 5 to 10 years of a national ban
