House Subpoenas are such a joke at this point. Oh noes, a court ruling, what a huge setback for President Crimes.
The White House will just assert that they refuse to recognize the authority of anybody named “Ketanji”, “Brown”, or “Jackson”.
Yea in the post in the ITV thread, it said he can just exert excecutive privelege even when he was testifying? so whats to stop him from just showing up and saying executive privelege the whole time? Even if they win the appeals in however long that takes.
Jesus i thought the way people on this forum were talking about mcgahn that this was like THE final decision, not just one before they inevitably appeal.
The only thing to stop him from doing that is an additional court ruling that will also be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court.

The stay of the subpoena of his accounting firm is just blatant lawlessness. There is absolutely zero legitimate legal argument in that case.

Nunnehi assured us repeatedly that once the impeachment inquiry is declared, courts go away. So this has all been a very strange turn of events.

Was about to post that after the McGahn ruling there no way the SC comes back against the appeal.
