I have to say that I used to think a lot of the supposed dog whistle claims were overblown but Trump has really opened my eyes. It’s amazing how often he does stuff like this. Once or twice could be coincidence. Hundreds of times it becomes pretty obvious. Really it’s not even dog whistling at this point. It’s just a straight up megaphone.
Is he bragging about the attack on peaceful protesters in Lafayette Square ten days ago? Of course it was easy. They were peaceful protesters.

Lots of West-Wing reach across & around to go I know… but if this actually does happen, it would make me happy because it would have made my late mom very happy.
It seems like we visited every historical building/statue/etc growing up, but my mom wouldn’t abide any of this CSA shit. Besides being a decent person, and knowing about, and teaching us about, rejecting this whole “lost cause” revisionism in it’s entirety… it just made her blood boil that these traitors had statues up, and all the naming, and that evil flag was officially displayed… in her own damn country.
