I just want to say that as someone who absolutely negotiates every day for a living I’ve seen Trumps type before and the right move is to immediately break off contact and not do a deal at all. This dude isn’t just a bad negotiator, he’s the worst type of bad negotiator. The only deals that will ever get done with him on one side of the table are deals so one sided the other side will put up with his shit. I would have to be making SO MUCH MONEY to have a counterparty be one of these people lol. It basically never happens in trucking.
