Obviously it’s a lie - there were US soldiers in the area, they were pulled out. It also contradicts his statements yesterday when apparently he had no idea they were actually going to attack. Though why bother enumerating the lies etc.
In fairness to Trump he is not the first US president to have the blood of dead infants on his hands.
