I remember someone doing that many years ago. I think it may have been Chris Matthews (back when he had a spine and all his marbles). He yelled Stop, Everyone Stop. We are going to commercial and when we come back we will have a completely different panel, one that sticks to the topic and doesn’t lie every time they open their mouths. Anyway it was something like that.

I had the bot on ignore on the old site but lets face it, that’s a coward move. We all deserve the bot.

Never forget that all press is good press aka there’s no such thing as bad publicity to these people. They’re nobodies to the public eye, and yet now we know what sacks of pus like John Kennedy look like. You wouldn’t have been able to identify him in a police lineup 4 years ago. Just being in the history books makes a lot of this worth it for them. Barr has sealed his place in the history books and law books. History will look upon him as the most corrupt and evil person in this administration. Numerous pieces of legislation will be related to him, and his name will appear in all kinds of precedents in court cases. If he avoids jail, he wins, and gets all he wants. Of course, he’s starting to look pretty juicy for jail right now.

Amash was essentially jettisoned by the GOP over coming out on this. People like Hurd could very easily come out on the record, but he and many other GOP members don’t want to torpedo their high paying post politics lobbying/consultant jobs. McCarthy’s bluff about a full House vote probably pisses them off, because it would put them between a rock and a hard place.
If absolute power corrupts absolutely, what does absolute powerlessness do?
Here’s an educational moment for all of you who keep thinking they don’t have to book these clowns. The Sunday shows pride themselves on being non-partisan places that will give voice to whoever wants to spew their lies. This is almost a hallmark of these shows. The host should be calling out obvious lies, but if they grill too hard people from that side won’t appear on the show. Then guess what happens? That’s right, it’s all Dems, and then the president and his minions can claim bias. The facts align with the Dems, and facts have inherent bias to the GOP. This isn’t a situation that can be fixed, and I think you could make a strong argument that the Sunday shows have harmed the GOP on this. That’s why most don’t want to appear on them.
