So based on past reporting, itās going to be that Trump pulled military aid to Ukraine and promised to give it back if they opened an investigation into Biden.

Trump had been illegally holding onto money appropriated for Ukraine.

Iām not sure. This would be a pretty clear and egregious example of corruption. And it would be harder for Trump to muddy the story like he did with the Mueller investigation. Assuming this is what it looks like, itās easy to understand.
