Absolutely. Would gladly see discovery on this issue.
Trump still doesn’t realize that truth is an absolute defense to any defamation claim.
On a more LOLDEMS note, they could take back the Senate with a supermajority in the House and still wouldn’t dare impeach Kavanaugh, even if video was released of him boozing like crazy and shoving his penis in women’s faces.
As always, it’s important to not forget he received hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt forgiveness out of nowhere and had those Natinals season tickets.
