It really doesn’t even matter if it’s true. Trump has been crippling our intelligence capabilities way before this. Human sources and foreign intelligence services provide us with a lot of intel and I have to imagine they’re both way more selective with what they share knowing Trump will spill it to whoever gets a room with him or just out on the internet through Twitter. Those are relationships that can never be fully repaired even after we get rid of Trump.
