Trump knows so little about law and government that he thinks hurricanes are a big part of presidential duties because Bush fucked up so bad on Katrina and it was on TV a lot.
I hope there will a decade of hearings and recriminations after the Trump presidency. There needs to be a post-Trump reconstruction, and it should not be gentle.
