Seriously though. I really want to look away, but every time I do I find myself looking at it again. It’s been a 2.5 year long car crash more or less.

Semi-related note. I just noticed the house i own’s patio door has a screen door after 4years of living here. It’s in plain sight. Made me wonder if i jumped a strand over in the multiverse or something because we spend probably 90-100 days a year out here at least 30m+. It’s basically impossible neither my wife or I ever saw it.
Half joking but you get my point. The fact we are at this point seems literally unreal. It has eroded not only my faith in humanity and America but in some ways my understanding of reality. I lived most of my life not aware it was this bad just under the surface.

Not in our lifetimes. Not all at once. Normalizing this as “well we have had some people worse” in a singular attribute or maybe a couple is kinda fucked up in my opinion.

Sadly, this is all normal to me 
just among grandparents I had two exactly like him, a third similar but way way higher on the loonbasket scale.
All three are still alive btw, that personality never dies and never works out ever, eats whatever, it doesn’t matter.
This country likes assholes I should’ve seen him winning sooner. We forget that Trump will have the best strategy in the next POTUS race again as well, they’re gonna win some random state like New Mexico or some shit we didn’t see coming.
Earlier today it hit me that the buns on Wendy’s burgers are round, despite the meat patties being square. I’m pretty sure it’s always been like this but I’m struggling to understand how I’ve never consciously noticed it until after probably 100+ lifetime burgers.
