I havenât the foggiest in regard to how his defense would be handled. It all depends on what was allegedly said that constitutes lying to federal agents, the evidence that supports what he said were lies and how willing the prosecutor is to get humiliated if those first 2 factors arenât substantiated.
Surely Babba Dabba Barr doesnât press charges because itâs fine to lie to the feds if no underlying crime was committed
