Probably not the hardest thing, storming the capitol during a joint session of Congress. I’d just love to see these assholes in trial in a DC district court rather than Montana or Arizona where they normally congregate.

It’s probably better to let Congress lead on this. They’re the ones under attack, and the one with legal roles to play here. This is an attack on the government and the Constitution, not a private citizen.
