This is a bad take. The coup ended Dec 14, GA runoff was a stake in its heart. It’s the quasi legal process and the lawsuits that were the threat. This is just losers vandalizing the locke room.

I don’t think so, honestly. Once Congress assembles, they need 17 GOP votes to end this via impeachment. Even if they don’t, Trump’s term ends in two weeks and Biden is president. There’s still no reason at all to believe that the military/NG won’t follow lawful authority. The coup doesn’t work without holding Congress hostage and/or taking out the Dem parts of the line of succession.
What’s the point if the second amendment if you can’t shoot congressmen?
