Best case scenario is that SCOTUS finds Trump’s argument so repugnant that not only do they unanimously rule against him but they expedite the decision to send a message. US v Nixon was handed down in under three weeks.

They could reschedule arguments (Resulting in No decision) and make the case last until after Nov/Jan.
I’m not predicting what will happen, but I believe Trump is capable of committing the unforced error of criticizing the Court during a press briefing in such a way that they get pissed off and rush a decision in order to make a point and to maintain their authority and credibility.

Yeah my big worry is Trump will yet again triumph by delay. Not a lawyer so I don’t know how it will work but I will be blown away if any of his tax records are exposed before the election. Even if he straight loses 9-0 on both cases in July, I just expect they’ll find a new delay tactic to which LawBro will respond, “Oh yeah, I totally forgot about that delay tactic because no one has ever dared attempt it because of shame.”

agreed there, in Blazers tweet where he thinks Donnie is getting indicted, he says congress will release the returns or the info, Yea i dont think thats possible unless they are allowed to somehow because it shows wrongdoing? Unless he means it will get leaked, which we can all hope will happen
