I tend to agree. As ghoulish as their political strategy usually is - basically, just ramping up the racism and xenophobia to an 11 - I have to at least concede it’s smart because of all the racists and xenophobes in USA#1.
Attacking (what I believe are generally popular) governors in swing states who are out there every day trying to get PPE, ventilators, etc., for their hospitals, strikes me as bad strategy. He’d be better of just pounding China, and maybe throw in some claims that MS-13 is responsible for COVID.
