Did you face any similar kinds of situations? What do you think is the thought process of the journalists and their managing editors on time 31+?

Eta: Holy shit at that last one. A female journalist comes harder at him than usual and he loses it.
Questions are definitely getting better. Slight improvement, but improvement none the less.
Iām 4 days sober from Trump. Feels good man, the fog has lifted and Iām more engaged and present for my family!
No similar situations. Weāve never had such a clown in office. Nixon may have been an asshole in private, but he was a bit before my time, and even he had a better approach in public. I think the argument to carry him is that he may in fact say something newsworthy. After all, this is the one and only briefing of the day of any sort from the federal government. People are starved for information, but over and over, we have seen these briefings fail to provide any.
From a management standpoint, theyāre wondering if theyāre going to lose viewers because of the decision not to carry it. And they probably will. Iām quite certain that CNNās decision not to air was run up the highest of flagpoles and was not done impulsively or without deep consideration of the possible loss of revenue, plus whatever negative reaction may come from it. And they balance that with any positives they may get. But just journalistically, this is a pickle Iāve never really imagined happening in this country. And its pretty risky, and ballsy IMO.
Donald Trump is, as we say in the Jewish community, a fuckwit.
OMG he just asked an asian reporter if she was working for china?!?
One question that I know has been floated, but Iām not sure has ever been asked of him directly is why he canāt seem to master the media. He can make great deals with dictators, heads of state. He can write perfect letters and shut down global pandemics and raise the dead, but he canāt master the media. They get him flustered every single time.
Heās in rare form today in his battle with reporters.
RIP Inspector General whoever
Ok, turning this off to eat some leftover pizza.
Has he ever given a name of which general said āSir, we donāt have any ammunitionā?
Iām like 99% sure itās no, but just wanted to check.
Riverman been doing it right. Havenāt watched one of these for days instead opting to spend time on my patio enjoying the spring weather with my wife and dogs. Feels way better to not have my blood pressure spike to a million every day at 5.
You guys are on to something. Iām getting nauseated watching this shit.
Quick grunch but azithromycin extends QTc interval, which can lead to arrhythmias although usually only in patients at high risk or in conjunction with other drugs that prolong QTc interval. Want to guess what other med prolongs QTc interval?
I realize youāre grunching, but while youāre catching up your pony may want to check its QT interval.
Another issue with azithromycin is that bacteria develop resistance against it pretty easily so dumping even more of an already overused drug into the system, when it likely doesnāt do much in this situation, is going to have repercussions outside of a few avoidable deaths from heart problems.
Weāre using plenty of both in the hospital I work at, fwiw.
I really havenāt delved into it, but my guess is that if azithromycin does anything it helps with any concomitant bacterial superinfection of a presumably more susceptible diseased lung.
Iām also sure that antibiotic resistance is a problem, but I think that if it really worked (which is doubtful) anywhere near as well as some people would have us believe, then even overprescribing a bit it is probably worth that disadvantage.
