Been hearing this for a week from the one Trump supporter I actually stay in any sort of regular contact with. Curious to know where this talking point originated from.
The stupid thing is this is being said as most universities and school districts have already decided to finish the school year online. College and HS sports across the country have canceled. But the market says we have to screw quarantine.
Honestly this is good work from the writers, a callback to the much earlier season where deplorables were freaking out about “death panels”, now they cheer as the godking Trump announces that in order to save the economy, we’re going to have to do death panels.

The electrical college is such a joke system that no liberal state is in any danger of flipping. Clinton won every single state by at least 5 points except 1 (and even that was by 3 points).
A lot of Trump’s margins were razor thin, including a couple by less than half a %.
Of course with our wonderful system, the dems running up the score in so many states is meaningless, but at least it means that any sort of demo shift could be devastating for republicans.

Was feeling self destructive so I flipped on Hannity to wind down a little before bed. Boy oh boy was I immediately rewarded!

This virus situation has given me legitimate guilt over enjoying “Succession.”
It’s the most Trumpian outcome ever to start out saying it’s fake, pivot to oh shit we need to do something to flatten the curve and then within like a week get bored and decide to just come out for letting the olds die in gutters to try and prop up the Dow Joans.
