yeah dems did this a few times usually on bills that have no chance but political reasons, I’m sure you can’t actually do this every 10 minutes but I don’t know the damn rules.

Would bet anything the majority can just change the rules if the minority gets out of hand in invoking this.
I’m pretty dumb on this, but aren’t the majority of Senate “rules” just agreed upon norms? I don’t think there’s any lawful way to enforce them.
Dems should hold votes on stimulus packages everyday.
