I will golf with one friend or my Dad in separate carts without being paired with anyone else, and I use a mask on the driving range if anyone is around.
I’ve gone into a grocery store by choice twice for < 15 minutes each time.
I’ve hung out with my parents and my friend and his wife and daughter outdoors, we did our best to maintain distance.
Probably 3 times I’ve had to go into a store for “curbside” pickup.
I’ve mostly had groceries delivered, everything else delivered, and avoid going outside around others if I can.
While house hunting, I’ve had to go inside several times with 1-3 other people. One time, the current tenant refused to wear a mask. She was a nurse, so she knew best. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I also took a meeting with a lawyer inside and he was letting the nose hang free. Probably a 10-15 minute meeting.
For all indoor stuff, I use an unofficial n95 equivalent.
I would consider that to be isolating, and other than the house hunting and lawyer, it probably puts me in the 98th percentile in USA#1.
I live in Philly, which is probably one of the most shutdown cities in one of the most shutdown states, and we have gyms. I’m pretty sure some schools are reopening - definitely in the burbs. I know movie theaters in many states are reopened, no clue about here. Casinos are open too, by the way, but no poker.
Theaters are open in at least 36 states (looks like 36 states allowed them anywhere in the state, and in another 7 it’s up to local variance, but at least some theaters in those states have opened)
Since March I have had 2 in person Friday visits with two close friends and almost had my brother and his kids over. I haven’t dined inside or gone out. I have bought fitness equipment in person 2 times, occasional masked grocery shopping, and had a non-covid blood test. Have had no in-person meetings and now cut my own hair (“the no. 4” I call it). Don’t live with anyone and WFH, so i may be on the more compliant end of things, but suspect most people are still isolating to the extent they can.
