We went on a hike last night to one of the most popular hiking destinations in SD county, Potato Chip Rock. Weirdly, we were the only ones there taking pictures of the comet. This was a team effort, since my husband couldn’t get the app for his camera to connect. Otherwise we would have been up there together. Instead, I had to stay back and “direct”. He set up the camera, I just pressed the button and told him where to point.
it’s called Potato Chip Rock because form a slightly different angle, it looks like this:
People like to take lolperspective shots that makes it look like they are hanging from the edge of it over a vast abyss, but as you can see the tip of it is only about 5 ft or so from the rock below.

Began taking CBD oil a few weeks ago and it’s done wonders for my anxiety.
My anxiety isn’t extremely bad. It’s more that I’m mildly anxious at all times rather than having full-on panic attacks. For me, CBD oil has taken the edge off without the side effects that I had when using SSRIs.
I don’t know how it would benefit people with severe anxiety or if it would, but it’s been great for me.
