Did you have to wait for any replacement parts?

No.
I checked out the panel to see if there were any loose wires and there wasn’t. Condenser is running fine. Saw no coils and couldn’t access the fan. I think the fan motor is shot since it tends to work (sort of) when first plugged in and then suddenly dies. I initially thought it was the temperature sensor but it’s working in the freezer.
Thing is 15 years old. Landlord said he’ll replace it. I ain’t paying so it’s cool.
