I assume late night TV is dying because no one under 40 is watching, regardless of how talented the hosts are.
Also, late night TV has always kind of sucked but 10 or 20 years ago if you wanted to watch TV that late at night, well that was what you got. No one has to watch Colbert or Seth Myers now if they are up late, I can watch whatever show I happen to be streaming at the moment.

lol, was thinking the same thing. But they probably mean like even the initial vote was unanimous and just a little debate to be sure, and not some 12 Angry Men thing where one guy had to drag the others kicking and screaming to the correct verdict.
