Not sure how having another dedicated thread is depriving anyone of anything. Thereās also that super annoying discourse bug where you canāt mark a thread as read if the last post is from a user you have ignored because lol discourseaments
From someone who mostly just reads the forum, and as infuriating as Trumpbot has always been, it feels important to have it in the trump thread. Itās always made him feel like a member of the community, which is so fucking bizarre and also hilarious in a down in flames kinda way.

I donāt think the bot should be here unless/until he declares. I was on the fence, but it guarantees a ton of posts, which will make it hard to notice when thereās actual news in this thread, and leaves a lot to sift through to get to it. Iād suggest a separate Trump Bot Thread for the masochists, and then worthwhile stuff can be cross-posted.

For the 2022 election cycle, smart Republicans had a clear and simple plan: Donāt let the election be about Trump. Make it about gas prices, or crime, or the border, or race, or sex education, or anythingāanything but Trump. Trump lost the popular vote in 2016. He lost control of the House in 2018.
