From the white text commonly used in meme generators I thought it was obviously no. Apologies if not.
Expand it to full screen and watch it up close. It’s super fake. People in comments were saying this guy is a known video faker.
The legit things I’ve seen like this are the groups that use projectors at night. Don’t need physical access to the building.
Of course there was at least one occurrence of someone holding up a sign at a football game, got the camera on it, then pulled the the sign to reveal another sign with COSELL SUCKS or similar.
